Possible Service Disruption
With Canada Post Corporation (CPC) currently in negotiations with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW),
we are providing an update on the status of the talks and possible outcomes.
We understand marketing campaigns are planned well in advance. If there’s a breakdown in negotiations or a
significant risk of labour disruption, we will notify you as early as possible to minimize any potential impact.
CPC is actively negotiating with CUPW to renew the collective agreements for both bargaining units: Rural
and Suburban Mail Carriers and CUPW-Urban. While CUPW has initiated strike vote procedures, both parties
remain confident a strike will be averted. Under the Canada Labour Code, a labour disruption cannot
happen prior to December 2nd.
In the unlikely event CUPW receives a strike mandate, CPC has advised, as in previous years, any strike
action would take the form of rotating targeted community strikes. Should this occur, we will work to
engage alternative carriers to ensure delivery continues where possible.
One of CPC's key bargaining proposals is extending delivery to seven days a week, a goal that could
benefit all stakeholders if achieved.
We are also monitoring ongoing negotiations with CN and WestJet, as their outcomes may provide further
insights into CUPW's actions.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,
John Querques

Exciting Update on AdMill Group and Elite Bindery's Expansion!
In response to our unprecedented expansion and the escalating demand for a Canada Post-based alternative for
direct-to-mailbox delivery, we are excited to announce our upcoming February move.
This strategic relocation aims to accommodate the surge in high volumes and welcome new equipment that will
facilitate a seamless transition from polyethylene to eco-friendly paper packaging. Additionally, the new facility
is equipped with state-of-the-art shipping and receiving capabilities, including numerous truck-level docking facilities.
The chosen location, 1860 Midland Ave., Scarborough, ON M1P5A1, was formerly a Canada Post Processing and Sorting
facility. Its ideal layout makes it the perfect match for our operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our services.
Our Operations team will be actively collaborating with Printers and Shipping companies to coordinate the smooth delivery
of products to the new location. As we finalize timelines, we will keep you informed every step of the way.
We greatly appreciate your continued support and look forward to this exciting chapter in our journey together.

COVID-19 Update 02
Dear Clients and Partners:
During these challenging times, the AdMill Group of companies wishes you, your families and
colleagues continued health and safety.
To stop the further spread of COVID-19, the Ontario government has ordered mandatory
closure of all non-essential workplaces effective as of Tuesday, March 24 th at 11:59 p.m. This closure will
be in effect for 14 days with the possibility of extending this order as the situation evolves.
On March 23 rd , 2020 8:00 PM the Ontario government released a list of essential workplaces
outlying businesses considered essential services. The AdMill Group of companies play an important
part in the supply chain that supports essential businesses including Canada Post mailing services,
financial, pharmaceutical and grocery services. Consequently, we have determined that our business is
classified as an essential service according to the list published.
Canada Post has advised that, if “return to business” occurs before April 16 th , existing mailing
plans will remain valid. After April 17 th , route restructuring will have occurred as planned on April 20 th
(and will continue as planned over the next few months) and mailing plans should be updated to
incorporate the latest valid routes and counts.
We thank all our partners for their patience and support during this period of significant change.
We continue to follow the guidelines of the Public Health Agency of Canada as they evolve.
As always, we are here to work with you in facilitating your projects during this difficult time.
Let’s keep everyone safe and healthy.

COVID-19 Update 01
Dear Clients and Partners:
As the conditions caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to unfold, we recognize that our
customers have questions and concerns about delivery over its duration. We would like to share the
steps we are taking in response to this ongoing situation.
Early this year we triggered the initial steps of the pandemic plan to minimize potential spread of COVID-
19 buy following the Public Health Agency of Canada guidelines and keeping staff informed and safe.
During this period, business has continued as usual. We have been monitoring the situation closely and
adjusted our policies in alignment with regional and national health recommendations and continue to
be ready to implement changes should the need arise.
As part of the pandemic plan, our teams have been meeting regularly to review developments, address
staffing concerns, meeting with Canada Post and developing contingency plans in the event of
disruptions in order to minimize the impact on our operations.
We would like to assure you that the AdMill Group is prepared to adjust our operations to deal with any
new developments and will endeavour to continue to process and deliver product over this period. In
the event of a delivery disruption and not withstanding a legislated response, the AdMill Group has put
together a contingency plan with private carriers to ensure there are no delivery disruptions within our
delivery network.
We will provide regular updates on any developments related to the COVID-19 situation.
The AdMill Group appreciates your patience, understanding and continued support.
